個人資料蒐集告知事項Campaign Privacy Notice
參加者因參與本活動所提供之個人資料，參加者同意主辦單位將於活動執行、資格確認、抽獎、得獎通知、領獎及其他與本活動直接相關之必要範圍內蒐集、處理及利用。參加者得於活動中請求刪除所提供之資料，惟此將影響其參與本活動之資格。By participating in the campaign, participants hereby consent to the Organiser collecting, processing and using the personal data they provide as necessary for campaign administration, eligibility verification, the prize drawing, winner notification, prize fulfilment, and other purposes directly related to the campaign. Participants may request the deletion of the personal data they have provided during the course of the event; however, such deletion shall affect their eligibility to participate in the event.
臺北洲際酒店承諾，除法令另有規定或經本人同意外，不會將本人之個人資料提供、出售或揭露予前述以外之第三方。本人瞭解可依個人資料保護法隨時來信 info@ictaipei.com 請求查詢、更正或刪除個人資料。Except where required by law or with your consent, InterContinental Taipei will not provide, sell or disclose your personal data to third parties outside the purposes described above. To request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, contact info@ictaipei.com.
參加者須提供有效之電子郵件信箱及手機號碼，以完成活動登記與身分驗證。每組電子郵件僅得對應一組手機號碼，每組手機號碼亦僅得對應一組電子郵件，並以此作為參加者身分識別及重複參加之判定依據。Provide a valid email address and mobile number for registration and verification. Each email is associated with one mobile number, and each mobile number with one email, to identify participants and prevent duplicate registrations.
如系統發現相同電子郵件、手機號碼或其他足以識別為同一參加者之資料重複登記，主辦單位得視情況僅保留其中一筆有效參加資格。If the same email, mobile number or other identifying information is used for multiple registrations, the Organiser may retain only one valid participation record.
得獎通知及相關活動訊息將依參加者登記之電子郵件或手機號碼進行聯繫，參加者應自行確認所提供資料之正確性及可正常接收訊息。若因資料填寫錯誤、信箱或通訊設定等原因致無法聯繫，相關責任由參加者自行承擔。Winner notifications and campaign communications will use the registered email or mobile number. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and ensuring that messages can be received.
得獎名單將於臺北洲際酒店官方活動頁面公布，僅公布中獎之抽獎編號及參加者登錄之電話號碼，電話號碼中間三碼以「***」隱藏，不公開得獎者姓名或其他個人資料。The winner list will be published on InterContinental Taipei’s official campaign page and will display only the winning raffle number and the participant’s registered telephone number, with the middle three digits masked as “***”; winners’ names and other personal information will not be publicly disclosed.

得獎者領獎時，另蒐集姓名、手機、Email、住址及身分證正反面照片，供身分與資格核對、稅務及領獎程序，以及寄送簽收領據使用。證件照片將加上用途浮水印後加密保存，僅供酒店授權人員於必要範圍內查看。原始未加浮水印照片不另行保存。資料依酒店個資保存及刪除政策辦理；如需查詢、更正或刪除，請聯絡 info@ictaipei.com。Prize collection also requires the winner's name, mobile number, email, address and images of both sides of their identity document, for identity and eligibility checks, tax and prize-collection procedures and mailing the acknowledgement receipt. Document images are watermarked and stored using encryption, with access limited to authorised hotel personnel as necessary. Unwatermarked originals are not separately retained.
