本活動自 2026 年 10 月 5 日起至 2026 年 10 月 13 日中午 12:00（台灣時間 GMT+8）止。The campaign runs from 5 October 2026 until 12:00 PM (GMT+8) on 13 October 2026.

所有參加資格及完成時間，均以主辦單位系統實際接收及記錄之時間為準。All entries and completion times will be determined based on the records received by the Organiser’s system.

本活動限於台灣境內之個人參加，不限國籍。This campaign is open to individuals in Taiwan, regardless of nationality.

本活動免費參加，無須購買任何商品或服務。No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in this campaign.

參加者須依指定方式完成活動流程，並提供真實、完整且有效之基本資料。Participants must complete the required campaign steps and provide accurate, complete and valid information.

參加者不得冒用他人資料、提供虛假資料，或透過自動化程式、機器人或其他不正當方式取得抽獎資格或額外抽獎機會。Participants may not impersonate others, provide false information, or use automated programs, bots or other improper methods to obtain entries or additional chances to win.

於 FIRST 101 TASTES 官方指定貼文下方留言並標記至少一位朋友，即可依活動機制取得「食尚測驗」個人專屬連結。Comment on the designated FIRST 101 TASTES campaign post and tag at least one friend to receive your personalised Dining Personality quiz link through the campaign mechanism.

透過個人專屬連結完成「食尚測驗」及指定任務，即可揭曉個人 Dining Personality，並配對出推薦優先探索的 FIRST TASTE。Complete the Dining Personality quiz and designated tasks through your personalised link to discover your Dining Personality and recommended FIRST TASTE.

完成上述步驟並依活動頁面指示填寫及送出基本資料後，即可取得 1 次基本抽獎機會及 1 組抽獎編號。Upon completing the required steps and submitting the requested information, participants will receive one standard entry and one raffle number.

未完成全部指定步驟、資料填寫不完整、不正確或經確認不符合活動資格者，不具抽獎資格。Entries that are incomplete, contain insufficient or incorrect information, or otherwise fail to meet the campaign requirements will not be eligible for the prize drawing.

曾完成臺北洲際酒店「Love Letter to Taipei | The First 80」活動指定參加流程之參加者，如再次完成本次 FIRST 101 TASTES 活動之指定參加步驟並取得基本抽獎資格，將可額外獲得 1 次抽獎機會及 1 組抽獎編號。Participants who completed the designated participation process for InterContinental Taipei’s “Love Letter to Taipei | The First 80” campaign and complete the required steps for FIRST 101 TASTES to obtain a standard entry will receive one additional entry and one additional raffle number.

The First 80 加碼資格認定The First 80 Bonus Entry Eligibility

曾完成「Love Letter to Taipei | The First 80」活動指定參加流程之參加者，得依本活動規則取得相應之加碼抽獎資格。主辦單位得依參加者之活動進入方式、於本次活動提供之手機號碼或電子郵件地址，以及相關活動紀錄進行資格確認。透過主辦單位寄送之指定活動連結參加者，亦得依該連結所對應之活動紀錄確認資格。若本次提供之資訊與先前活動紀錄不一致，致無法合理確認其資格，則可能無法取得該加碼抽獎資格。Participants who completed the designated participation process for “Love Letter to Taipei | The First 80” may receive the applicable bonus entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Organiser may verify eligibility based on how the participant entered this campaign, the mobile phone number or email address provided for this campaign, and relevant campaign participation records. Participants who enter through a designated campaign link sent by the Organiser may also have their eligibility verified based on the campaign record associated with that link. If the information provided for this campaign does not match the records from the previous campaign and eligibility cannot reasonably be verified, the participant may not receive the bonus entry.

完成本次活動基本資格後，參加者亦可分享個人專屬邀請連結邀請好友參加活動。Eligible participants may also share their personalised referral link to invite friends to participate in the campaign.

每成功邀請 3 位不同好友透過該專屬連結完成活動，即可增加 1 次抽獎機會及 1 組額外抽獎編號。For every three different friends who successfully complete the campaign through a participant’s personalised referral link, the participant will receive one additional entry and one additional raffle number.

每位參加者透過好友邀請機制最多可增加 5 次額外抽獎機會及 5 組額外抽獎編號。Each participant may earn up to five additional entries and five additional raffle numbers through the referral mechanism.

每 1 次有效抽獎機會均對應 1 組獨立抽獎編號；參加者最終取得之有效抽獎機會次數，即為其持有之抽獎編號數量。Each valid entry corresponds to one unique raffle number. The total number of valid entries earned by a participant will therefore equal the total number of raffle numbers assigned to that participant.

一般參加者連同原始 1 次基本抽獎機會，每人最多可取得 6 次抽獎機會及 6 組抽獎編號；符合「Love Letter to Taipei | The First 80」額外抽獎資格之參加者，每人最多可取得 7 次抽獎機會及 7 組抽獎編號。Participants may receive a maximum of six entries and six raffle numbers, while eligible participants from “Love Letter to Taipei | The First 80” may receive a maximum of seven entries and seven raffle numbers.

所有符合活動資格之有效抽獎機會，均將依活動系統紀錄納入最終抽獎名單。All valid eligible entries recorded by the campaign system will be included in the final drawing pool.

每 1 次有效抽獎機會均以其對應之獨立抽獎編號參與抽獎。Each valid entry will participate in the drawing through its corresponding unique raffle number.

主辦單位將於 2026 年 10 月 15 日透過臺北洲際酒店官方 Instagram 帳號 @intercontinental_taipei 進行公開直播抽獎，並自所有符合資格之有效抽獎編號中，以隨機方式抽出正式得獎者。A public live drawing will be held on 15 October 2026 via InterContinental Taipei’s official Instagram account, @intercontinental_taipei, with confirmed winners selected at random from all eligible raffle numbers.

完整抽獎過程將全程錄影並留存紀錄，以供活動結果及抽獎流程查核。The full drawing will be recorded and retained for verification of the drawing process and results.

每位參加者於本活動中限中獎一次；如同一參加者持有多組抽獎編號，其中一組抽獎編號已中獎，其餘抽獎編號將不再參與後續獎項抽選。Each participant may win only one prize in this campaign. Once one of a participant’s raffle numbers has been selected as a winning entry, all other raffle numbers assigned to that participant will be excluded from subsequent prize drawings.

6.1 FIRST 101 TASTES 餐飲券｜Dining Vouchers

FIRST TASTE 餐飲金共 101 名，每名可獲得價值 NT$10,000 臺北洲際酒店餐飲金。A total of 101 FIRST TASTE dining credit prizes will be awarded, each valued at NT$10,000.

本餐飲券適用於臺北洲際酒店各餐廳之平日、假日及午餐、晚餐時段，以及 1 樓 NTD Eatery 外帶餐飲；惟以下所列不適用日期除外。The dining vouchers may be used at InterContinental Taipei restaurants on weekdays and weekends for lunch and dinner, as well as for takeaway at NTD Eatery on Level 1, except on the excluded dates specified below.

本餐飲券恕不適用於國定假日、連續假期及特殊節日；其他特殊日期依本酒店公告為準。The dining vouchers are not valid on public holidays, consecutive holiday periods or special occasions; other blackout dates will be subject to hotel announcements.

使用本餐飲券須事先預約，並請於預約時主動告知使用本餐券，且提供一張有效的信用卡作為訂位擔保。Advance reservation is required. Guests must advise the hotel at the time of booking that dining vouchers will be used and provide a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.

本餐飲券恕不適用於包廂消費，亦不得折抵服務費。The dining vouchers may not be used for private dining rooms or toward service charges.

本餐飲券面額為新臺幣 1,000 元，使用時以券為單位；消費金額未達新臺幣 1,000 元者，未使用餘額恕不找零、退款或兌換現金。Each dining voucher has a face value of NT$1,000 and must be redeemed in full voucher denominations. Any unused balance will not be refunded, returned as change or redeemed for cash.

本券使用期限至 2027 年 4 月 30 日止，逾期失效。The dining vouchers are valid until 30 April 2027 and will expire thereafter.

使用本餐飲券折抵之消費金額恕不計入 IHG One Rewards 積分，且不得與其他優惠、折扣或專案合併使用。Amounts paid using the dining vouchers are not eligible to earn IHG One Rewards points, and the vouchers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or packages.

本券如有遺失或損毀，恕不補發，亦不得要求更換贈品或折換現金。Lost or damaged vouchers will not be reissued and may not be exchanged for other prizes or cash.

中獎者須依主辦單位要求提供身分證明文件及其他依法辦理相關稅務程序所需之資料。Winners must provide identification and any other documentation required by the Organiser for applicable tax procedures.

6.2 FIRST 101 TASTES Vespa 義大利經典機車｜Vespa Scooter

本活動另將抽出 Vespa PMV 125 機車 1 台，價值約 NT$158,000。One Vespa PMV 125 scooter, valued at approximately NT$158,000, will also be awarded.

中獎者須保證所有填寫或提供之資料均為真實、完整且正確；如因資料不全、錯誤或不實，致主辦單位無法完成通知、資格確認或獎項交付者，視同放棄中獎資格。The winner must ensure that all information provided is true, complete and accurate. If incomplete, incorrect or false information prevents the Organiser from contacting the winner, verifying eligibility or delivering the prize, the prize will be deemed forfeited.

依中華民國相關稅法規定，得獎者應依其適用之稅務身分負擔相關稅捐；實際扣繳稅率、申報方式及應提供之文件，依得獎者之稅務身分及相關法令規定辦理。Any taxes arising from the prize will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the winner’s tax status. The applicable withholding rate, reporting requirements and required documentation will be determined based on the winner’s tax status and applicable laws.

Vespa 機車相關過戶規費，包括車輛檢驗費、行照費、號牌費、強制機車責任保險費、其他自選保險費、當年度使用牌照稅、公路使用養護安全管理費（燃料使用費）及其他相關費用，均由中獎者自行負擔。All costs associated with the transfer and registration of the Vespa scooter, including vehicle inspection, registration, licence plate fees, compulsory motorcycle liability insurance, optional insurance, applicable vehicle licence tax, fuel-related road maintenance fees and other related charges, shall be borne by the winner.

抽獎機車之車款、排氣量、顏色及配備以酒店最終交付之實物為準，活動網頁之圖片僅供參考。The model, engine displacement, colour and equipment of the Vespa scooter will be subject to the actual vehicle delivered by the hotel, and any images shown on the campaign page are for reference only.

中獎者不得要求將 Vespa 獎項折換現金、兌換其他商品或轉讓予他人。The Vespa prize may not be exchanged for cash, substituted for other products or transferred to another person.

得獎名單將於臺北洲際酒店官方活動頁面公布，僅公布中獎之抽獎編號及參加者登錄之電話號碼，電話號碼中間三碼以「***」隱藏，不公開得獎者姓名或其他個人資料。The winner list will be published on InterContinental Taipei’s official campaign page and will display only the winning raffle number and the participant’s registered telephone number, with the middle three digits masked as “***”; winners’ names and other personal information will not be publicly disclosed.

主辦單位將透過參加者於本活動登錄之聯絡資訊通知正式得獎者。The Organiser will notify confirmed winners using the contact information registered by the participant for this campaign.

所有正式得獎者須於得獎通知發出後 24 小時內回覆，並依主辦單位指示完成身分及資格確認。All confirmed winners must respond within 24 hours of the winner notification being sent and complete the required identity and eligibility verification as instructed by the Organiser.

如餐飲券正式得獎者未於得獎通知發出後 24 小時內回覆、無法聯繫、主動放棄、未完成所需資格確認，或經確認不符合活動資格，將視同放棄得獎資格，該獎項不再遞補或重新抽出得獎者。If a confirmed dining voucher winner fails to respond within 24 hours of the winner notification being sent, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to complete the required verification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternate or replacement winner will be selected.

如 Vespa 正式得獎者未於得獎通知發出後 24 小時內回覆、無法聯繫、主動放棄、未完成所需資格確認，或經確認不符合活動資格，將視同放棄得獎資格，該獎項不再遞補或重新抽出得獎者。If the confirmed Vespa winner fails to respond within 24 hours of the winner notification being sent, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to complete the required verification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternate or replacement winner will be selected.

正式得獎者須依主辦單位通知之方式完成身分及得獎資格確認，並於 2026 年 11 月 30 日前完成領獎所需之文件提供、稅務及其他相關程序；逾期未完成者，視同放棄得獎資格。Confirmed winners must complete the required identity and eligibility verification, documentation, applicable tax procedures and other prize claim requirements by 30 November 2026; failure to do so by the deadline will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.

得獎者應依主辦單位要求提供領獎及依法辦理相關稅務程序所需之資料及繳納因此所生之一切稅捐以及費用。未能配合者之得獎者，主辦單位有權取消其得獎資格。Winners must provide any information required by the Organiser for prize collection and applicable tax procedures and shall be responsible for paying any taxes, duties, fees or other charges arising therefrom. Any winner who fails to comply with such requirements may be disqualified by the Organiser.

獎項如依法產生相關稅捐、扣繳或申報義務，將依中華民國相關法令及得獎者適用之稅務身分辦理。Any applicable tax, withholding or reporting obligations relating to the prizes will be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the winner’s applicable tax status.

如參加者提供虛假或冒用資料、使用自動化程式或其他不正當方式參加活動、操縱活動機制，或有其他違反本活動辦法之情形，主辦單位得取消其參加或得獎資格。The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or fraudulent information, uses automated or improper methods, manipulates the campaign mechanism, or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions.

如於得獎後始發現上述情形，主辦單位亦得取消其得獎資格；遭取消之獎項不再遞補或重新抽出得獎者。If any such violation is identified after a winner has been selected, the Organiser may revoke the winner’s eligibility; no alternate or replacement winner will be selected for the forfeited prize.

參加者因參與本活動所提供之個人資料，參加者同意主辦單位將於活動執行、資格確認、抽獎、得獎通知、領獎及其他與本活動直接相關之必要範圍內蒐集、處理及利用。參加者得於活動中請求刪除所提供之資料，惟此將影響其參與本活動之資格。By participating in the campaign, participants hereby consent to the Organiser collecting, processing and using the personal data they provide as necessary for campaign administration, eligibility verification, the prize drawing, winner notification, prize fulfilment, and other purposes directly related to the campaign. Participants may request the deletion of the personal data they have provided during the course of the event; however, such deletion shall affect their eligibility to participate in the event.

除本活動辦法另有規定外，獎項不得要求折換現金、變更或轉換為其他商品或服務。Unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions, prizes may not be exchanged for cash, substituted or converted into other goods or services.

獎項圖片如為示意，實際獎項內容、規格及相關條件以主辦單位最終提供之實物或正式公告為準。Where prize images are for illustrative purposes, the actual prize, specifications and applicable conditions will be subject to the item provided or formally announced by the Organiser.

主辦單位將依最新公布之活動辦法執行本活動，如因不可抗力或其他必要情形須調整活動內容，將於官方活動頁面公告相關資訊。主辦單位保留調整、解釋、補充活動辦法之一切權利。參與活動者視為已充分閱讀、理解並同意主辦單位所制定之活動辦法。The campaign will be conducted in accordance with the latest published Terms & Conditions, and any necessary changes arising from force majeure or other circumstances will be announced on the official campaign page. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, interpret, and supplement the Terms & Conditions of the campaign at its sole discretion. Participants shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the event rules and regulations established by the Organiser.

本活動如有未盡事宜，悉依中華民國相關法令及主辦單位正式公告辦理。Any matters not expressly addressed in these Terms & Conditions will be handled in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and official announcements by the Organiser.
